The Xperitas Difference

Our cultural exchange program was formed in 1992 by a group of globally-minded individuals who wanted a better way to partner with communities around the world. Their approach was guided by a vision of putting partnerships first and emphasizing relationships over projects, establishing a new standard for cross-cultural engagement. Their early vision of respect for the cultural differences for others has spread and blossomed into a standard of practice known as Fair Trade Learning.
